SHEA is pleased to be onboarding My eQuals, Australia and New Zealand’s official digital credentials platform used by universities and tertiary education providers to issue and manage certified academic documents.
What is My eQuals?
My eQuals is Australia and New Zealand’s official digital credentials platform that provides secure access to certified academic documents such as official academic transcripts and testamurs.
It allows graduates to access and securely share their verified qualifications online with employers, universities, and other organisations. All documents are digitally certified, tamper-proof, and legally valid, ensuring authenticity and trust.
Documents Available
Through My eQuals, SHEA will issue the following digital documents:
- Academic transcripts
- Testamurs
Who Can Access My eQuals?
- My eQuals documents are available to SHEA students who have graduated in 2026 and later
How It Benefits Graduates
- Graduates are in full control of who can view and access their documents.
- As all documents are officially certified and verified by the issuing authority, they are fully trusted by employers, universities, and other third parties.
- Once issued by the education provider, documents are available instantly and can be accessed anytime, from anywhere, without delay.
How It Works
1. Once documents are issued by SHEA, graduates will receive a welcome email at the personal email address registered in their Meshed student portal, inviting them to register for My eQuals.
2. Graduates will be prompted to enter their personal details and set a password to complete registration.
3. A verification code will be sent to the registered email address to activate the My eQuals account.
4. Once the account is created, students will be redirected to the Documents page where they can:
- View their official records online 24/7
- Download certified copies
- Share documents securely with third parties
