Dr Chit Su Mon is a PhD-qualified Computing and Information Systems academic with over 13 years of higher education experience in teaching, programme leadership, curriculum development and academic governance. Her expertise includes Information Systems, Human–Computer Interaction, Software Engineering, Data Analytics and emerging digital technologies. She has held academic leadership roles including Assistant Professor, Programme Director, Head of Department and Head of School, with experience in curriculum development, academic quality assurance, research supervision and student mentoring. She is a Fellow of Advance HE (FHEA) and Senior Member of IEEE, and has received multiple teaching and innovation awards.
