Dr Mohammad (Mo) Ahmadi is a Course Coordinator and Senior Lecturer at Skyline Higher Education Australia (SHEA), with more than 23 years of experience in higher education, teaching, academic coordination, curriculum development and information technology.

He holds a PhD in Computer Science specialising in Multimedia Computing, a Master of Information Technology Engineering, and a Bachelor of Computer Software Engineering. His academic career has included teaching, subject coordination, research supervision and academic leadership roles across universities and higher education institutions in Australia, Malaysia and Iran.

Dr Ahmadi has taught and coordinated a broad range of subjects across information technology and computer science, including IT Project Management, programming and software development, algorithms and data structures, Internet of Things, multimedia communication systems, cloud computing, web and mobile development, information systems and computer graphics.

His current academic interests extend beyond computing into the scholarship and governance of higher education. His work at SHEA includes course coordination, curriculum and assessment development, academic quality assurance, assessment security, academic integrity, educator support and the responsible integration of Generative AI into teaching and assessment.

He has held academic appointments with institutions including Western Sydney University, Swinburne University of Technology, La Trobe University, the University of Wollongong, the Academy of Information Technology, and Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation. He has also supervised postgraduate research projects across areas including cloud computing, Internet of Things, mobile applications, e-learning and emerging technologies.

Dr Ahmadi is a Fellow of Advance HE (FHEA) and a full member of the Australian Computer Society (MACS). His teaching has been recognised through multiple Teaching Excellence Awards at Swinburne University.
